Dear all:
I just tried to compile charm-6.0 on a Cray-xt4 system (http://www.nersc.gov/nusers/systems/franklin/ ). Using the command "./build charm++ mpi-crayxt3", I got the error :
gmake[2]: Entering directory `/u0/b/bingo/charm-6.0/mpi-crayxt3/tmp'
../bin/charmc -o machine.o -DFOR_CPLUS=1 machine.c
/opt/cray/xt-asyncpe/2.0/bin/cc: INFO: linux target is being used
PGC-F-0206-Can't find include file catamount/dclock.h (machine.c: 19)
PGC/x86-64 Linux 8.0-1: compilation aborted
Fatal Error by charmc in directory /u0/b/bingo/charm-6.0/mpi-crayxt3/tmp
Command cc -I../bin/../include -D__CHARMC__=1 -DFOR_CPLUS=1 -c machine.c -o machine.o returned error code 2
charmc exiting...
Can anyone explain to me what is this problem about?
Thanks a lot.
Bin
