Charm++ parallel programming system

It's easier to just switch mpiCC to mpicxx in 
src/arch/mpi-linux-x86_64/conv-mach.sh, since that file does the right 
thing by using gcc for the native compiles.

I can just define the MPICXX environment variable instead, right?
