Charm++ parallel programming system

The new 6.2.0 stable release of Charm++ and its associated tools and
libraries is available for download. It provides support for new
platforms, adds new features, improves on existing features, and fixes
bugs discovered since the last release. Detailed release notes and
source and binary archives can be found on the PPL web site [1]. This
version can also be found in our git archive under tag 'charm-6.2.0'.

We believe that this version is the best currently available in terms
of performance and stability. We encourage users of earlier versions
to upgrade to the 6.2 release series.
