It looks like we don't have a build configuration for Linux running on
SPARC. That's a pretty rare setup - is this a Niagara system, or one
of the older UltraSparc chips? What are the specifications of that
machine?

If that's really the best available system on which you can run NAMD,
we can probably help stitch together that build target.
