Looks good. I assume axp means (elan-axp mpi-axp mpi-linux-axp net-axp
net-linux-axp shmem-axp) and origin means (origin2000 origin-pthreads).
The last VMI release was in 2005 (see http://vmi.ncsa.uiuc.edu/) and I never heard of it being used outside NCSA so you can almost certainly also purge (vmi vmi-linux vmi-linux-ia64 vmi-linux-x86_64).
Quadrics closed its doors back in 2009 so you can also get rid of the elan layer (elan elan-axp elan-linux elan-linux-ia64).

Ancient:
# t3e (Cray)
# crayx1 (Cray)
# net-hp (HP-UX on PA-RISC)
# axp (DEC/Compaq Alpha)
# exemplar (HP)
# sp3 (IBM)
# ncube2 (Intel)
# origin (SGI)
# net-irix (SGI)
# net-sun (SunOS)
Possibly still salient:
# net-sol (not net-sol(-x86_64)) - may reference useful SPARC-specific
code to be retained for a hypothetical net-linux-sparc
# vmi - Appears to be a dead project, with relevant machines going away
# uth - potentially useful for debugging purposes
