Charm++ parallel programming system

It's not from strerror.  The code prints this if CreateFiberEx returns 
null.  It doesn't call GetLastError to find out why it failed, though.

According to the docs at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms682406(v=vs.85).aspx the number 
of fibers is only limited by available virtual memory so with a small 
enough stack size this shouldn't be a problem, or at least not any more of 
an issue than on Linux.
