Charm++ parallel programming system

Hi ,

My name is karthik and i am a student of anna university,chennai .

We have planned to do our final year project in multi core architecture . 

We have decided to create an application for a multi core architecture written in charm++ runtime system .

The application must serve these basic purpose :

     Must be a generalized application for all types of multi core clusters. 

     Must be an application which can make other multi core applications to run in  an optimized way , than its normal execution. 

     Must make other applications to run in a power efficient way . 

We have read many of the research papers and publications by Prof . Laxmikant kale and his team . We still need a correct guidence to make our project successful. 

Can any one help us out in ways to create such an application , any previous works on it . Any kind of software requirement and simulators.

Any kind of information will be of great use for us .
