On behalf of the Parallel Programming Laboratory, it is my pleasure to
announce the stable release of Charm++ version 6.4.0.

Charm++ 6.4.0 incorporates support for the Gemini interconnect network
found in Cray's XE and XK systems, and for IBM's BlueGene/Q. It also
includes many improvements, optimizations, and bugfixes in the runtime
system and suite of included libraries. A more detailed list of
changes can be found on the web site or in the version control logs.

The source code for this release can be found at
http://charm.cs.illinois.edu/distrib/charm-6.4.0_src.tar.bz2
Binaries for various platforms will be added to the download site as
they are built and uploaded.
