I am installing charm from /apps/src/charm/6.4.0 with the command `./build charm++ mpi-linux-x86_64 --destination=/apps/charm/6.4.0` and I get the following error:
Copying src/scripts/Makefile to /apps/charm/6.4.0/tmpSoft-linking over binSoft-linking over libSoft-linking over lib_soSoft-linking over includeSoft-linking over tmpGenerating /apps/charm/6.4.0/tmp/conv-mach-pre.shPerforming '/usr/bin/gmake basics OPTS= QUIET= CONFIG_OPTS=' in /apps/charm/6.4.0/tmpgmake: Makefile: No such file or directorygmake: *** No rule to make target `Makefile'. Stop.-------------------------------------------------Charm++ NOT BUILT. Either cd into /apps/charm/6.4.0/tmp and tryto resolve the problems yourself, visitfor more information. Otherwise, email the developers at charm AT cs.illinois.edu
I have attached the contents of the tmp directory as a .tar.gz file.
If I compile charm without a destination (eg `./build charm++ mpi-linux-x86_64`) then it installs and runs as expected. I would appreciate your help in getting this to compile to another directory.
