Two disused features of the Charm++ system are being deprecated, and
will be deleted in a future release:
* The FEM library, which has been superseded by the ParFUM framework
* Type definitions for CmiBool, which were long ago superseded by the
C++ language's standard 'bool' type

Please update your code accordingly or let us know if this poses an
issue for your application.
