Charm++ parallel programming system

Hello,

Recently, one of the BG/Q system (vulcan.llnl.gov) updated
BGQ Driver [V1R2M1 (RHEL 6.4)]
Since then I cannot compile charm.
I use `./build charm++ pamilrts-bluegeneq smp -j16  --with-production 
--enable-tracing -DCMK_GLOBAL_LOCATION_UPDATE=1`

I get the following output.

In fact, I cannot find libpami anywhere. If anyone has gone through this and 
have a solution, please let me know.
