Hello ,everyone!

I want to do phosphorylation to our protein through VMD. Our protein has Aspartate, which need to be phosphorylate.for that there is no force field to use, so any one of your friend can make a force filed for it ? let me tell you, there is a force field which is used for such phosphorylation.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fwDYAcdc6ZQ

BUT that force field is only to phosphorylate Seriene in protein not Aspartate.
