Charm++ parallel programming system

A good start would be looking at the messages recorded in mpi-bluegenel-xlc/tmp/charmconfig.out, as suggested in the text you copied.

Out of curiosity, how big of a BlueGene/L system do you have, and do you have access to any other cluster computing resources? NAMD may in fact be able to run much faster on newer hardware that may be available to you.
