Charm++ parallel programming system

Dear Charm++ Community Members,

 

There are several Charm++ related activities at Supercomputing that we’d like to bring to your attention.

 

We will have a BoF on Charm++ (Agenda will be updated at https://charm.cs.illinois.edu/CharmBoF) on Wednesday 12:15 to 1:15 in 250-E. We will present updates in the Charm++ system, including features and improvements (of which there are many, this time), along with short presentations from application developers, and an open discussion.

 

A spinoff from Illinois, Charmworks Inc., will exhibit in Booth 4354. Charmworks is commercially developing, licensing, and supporting Charm++. Of course, we continue to distribute Charm++ from the University for non-commercial purposes. There will be several booth presentations there that may be of interest. See more info here.

 

In addition, there are several papers at the main conference and various workshops (See the complete list at: https://charm.cs.illinois.edu/supercomputing).
