Hello,

i am currently getting runtime errors when i call nc_create() from multiple chares in parallel.
An isolated example is this program (derived from the Hello World example): https://gitlab.lrz.de/olden/charm-playground

When i run this with +p4 and 4 chares, it will always crash - unfortunately i am so far unable to figure out why .. i am hoping this is some simple oversight.
