Dear Illinois NER tool developers,

I tried to use the Illinois NER tool with the rich type configuration (the ontonotes.config). However, it seems that the tool can only identify a named mention as ORG or LOC? Many obvious person names are also tagged as "ORG". Could you give me some suggestions for this? Thanks! BTW, the conll.config works well, but I expect more entity types.
