You can also try to debug your program in Anima, an online, graphic 
Maude program animator (and automated trace slicer) available at 
http://safe-tools.dsic.upv.es/anima/

Be advised, however, that Anima is a prototype under constant evolution 
and it has been very recently updated to support basic Full-Maude 
specifications so, let me know if you find a bug.
