We've done some work on this area ("patterns for time-triggered embedded
systems").
You'll find some links from my WWW page:

Best wishes,
Michael.

Subject: [patterns-discussion] consult State Pattern
Hello everybody,
Most of patterns are for object-oriented languages such as C++, Java,
Smalltalk.
Now we have to use C language to realize an application basing on Finity
State Machine.
I’m wondering if there is similar patterns for my case?
Appreciate any help.
