We have now posted some very basic documentation on our portal:
https://bluewaters.ncsa.illinois.edu/accelerator-jobs-on-xk-nodes

The key item is a simple environment variable:

export CRAY_CUDA_PROXY=1

Hopefully that will provide the information you need.
