Dear All,

I'm moving some files in the SAFECode repository around to try to remove some circular library dependencies.

If you do an update from SVN and rebuild, you may get errors about a pass being registered multiple times. To fix this problem, just do a "make clean" followed by a "make" to rebuild SAFECode.
