Dear All,

There's a new tool in the SAFECode repository called watchdog. It is a tool that ensures that a program does not consume more than 4 GB of physical memory on Mac OS X.

I've modified the two most common test Makefiles to utilize it. If you write your own test Makefiles, please update them to use it, too.
