Sorry for the short notice, but we'll be creating the release_27 branch 
of the safecode and poolalloc projects at 1:00 pm Central Daylight 
Time.  Please refrain from committing to mainline poolalloc/safecode 
until I've created the branch (I will email svadev when the branches are 
created).

The rationale is that we're going to begin the process of moving 
SAFECode to LLVM mainline, and we want to have a release_27 branch so 
that people can continue using SAFECode with LLVM 2.7 until we get 
SAFECode working with mainline LLVM.  Additionally, mainline LLVM is a 
moving target, so what we do get working may momentarily break as 
mainline LLVM changes.
