DataLayout (as well as a couple of other passes) got changed into a
plain object and a separate pass was created which includes it, this
has been so far the majority of the changes needed in order to try and
get SafeCode to compile against LLVM HEAD.
It looks like Module does not expose that information anymore, I'll
take a look later to see exactly when this change came into effect and
see what is the recommended way now. Hopefully can get it compiling
again soon.
