I have observed, that function CmiMachineExit is not executed while
running program without charmrun. Is that right? CmiMachineInit is
executed, so ending function CmiMachineExit also should be ran, but it
isn't.
I'm running it on net-linux-x86_64 compilation of charm 6.2
