FYI update on the four build paths that were suggested earlier.
Mpi-linux-x86_64 compiles and most tests work (ie simplearray hello and pgm)
Mpi-linux-x86_64 compiles but segfaults on simplearrayhello. Rebuilt with
debug symbols in the mpi libraries and -g for the compiler and it runs just
fine.
Net-linux-x86_64 ibverbs DOES compile and passes simplearrayhello
Net-linux-x86_64 ibverbs smp does compile and passes simplearrayhello
